Our 2022 J. Davies Estate jd Cabernet Sauvignon greets the nose with aromas of dark red fruit, cherry, blackberry, plum, and pomegranate, heightened by hints of cola spice, espresso, and vanilla. A plush entry of black currant, cranberry, and raspberry, complemented by subtle notes of milk chocolate and mocha, leads to a full-bodied wine with a tart finish and firm tannins." "Our 2023 jd Estate Cabernet Sauvignon features aromas of fragrant blackberry bramble and red cherry, layered with notes of fresh mint and herb. A soft, plushy entry opens on the palate with flavors of bittersweet chocolate and ripe açaí fruit, supported by juicy, vibrant acid and attractive density. Our 2016 J. Schram Blancs has generous aromas of baked apple, brioche toast, lemon curd, and ripe pear, with layers of pineapple upside-down cake, honey, and spiced citrus. "Our 2015 Blanc de Blancs Late Disgorged offers inviting aromas of poached pear and caramel apple, layered with notes of baked orange and candied ginger. Hints of honey and toasted sourdough bring warmth. On the palate, a rich, coating entry features flavors of apple crisp, lemon curd, and marmalade, balanced by a full, juicy center. Accents of marzipan, vanilla wafer, and toasted almond add texture, while a tart drive carries through to a long, satisfying finish."
"Our 2022 Blanc de Blancs has lifted aromas of green apple, apple tart, and apple custard, intermingled with tangerine and lemon-lime. Our 2022 Brut Rosé welcomes layers of strawberry and raspberry lead on the nose, with notes of juicy orange and lemonlime following. Candied apple and a hint of ginger add depth, while hibiscus and shortbread cookie bring a richness. The palate opens with tangy acidity and a bright, juicy core, supported by flavors of strawberry-rhubarb and pineapple.
