The 2011 J. Schram opens with pleasant aromas of baked pear, lemon meringue and baked apple, enhanced by nuances of toffee and honey. The rich palate features fruitful elements of baked pineapple and Meyer lemon, layered with crystallized ginger. "The 2017 J. Davies Estate Cabernet opens with rich aromas of black plum, red cherry and marionberry, accentuated by undertones of vanilla, cola spice, fresh bay leaf and mint. Firm but integrated tannins anchor the wines palate, where a broad entry of blueberry and milk chocolate is followed by flavors of fresh coffee and blackberry."
"The 2018 Hyde Pinot Noir emits beautiful aromas of Bing cherry, rhubarb and lavender, combined with a touch of milk chocolate. On a backbone of lively acidity, the broad midpalate opens with a juicy center of blueberry and extends with flavors of mocha and baking spices."
"The 2016 Crémant reveals developed aromas of sweet tropical mango, pineapple and papaya, complemented by hints of caramelized brown sugar, honeycomb and butterscotch. On entry the palate is creamy and balanced by a quenching acidity. Flavors of peach cobbler, lemon cream and vanilla are complemented by rich ripe pear, baked apple and crème brûlée. The long clean finish is refreshing with a delicious linger of white peach, yellow apple and sweet lime."

Tasting notes
The 2013 Extra Brut leads with complex aromas of apricot preserve, brioche, candied ginger and glazed pear underpinned with toffee, vanilla custard and shortbread. On the palate, a lengthy acidity is layered with clementine and golden delicious apple, which is balanced by the rich complexity of lemon curd, peach cobbler, toasted almond and baked pineapple. "The 2018 J. Davies Estate jd Cabernet opens with aromas of blackberry, currants, milk chocolate, and sour cherry, accentuated by fresh coffee, dense and dark dried plum, and red licorice. The palates lush entry of strawberry pie precedes a lightly floral mid-palate. Well-structured tannins are infused with a hint of dark chocolate, cocoa and vanilla, culminating with a bright and lively finish.
