Our 2017 J. Schram Blancs opens with aromas of lemon-lime, dried orange peel, and baked apple, layered with notes of graham cracker, brioche, and marzipan. On the palate, a creamy entry gives way to a juicy center, with flavors of blood orange and vanilla. Hints of toasted almond and spun honey support a delicate yet long-lasting finish that remains crisp and clean."

"Our 2023 Blanc de Blancs greets the nose with bright aromas of fresh apple, pineapple, lemon blossom, and Asian pear; with warm touches of lemon meringue, fresh bread, and pie crust. On the palate, clean acidity is driven by green apple, lemon zest, and limeade. Hints of lemon curd and sugar cookie support a juicy, quenching center, with a tangy and clean finish."

"Our 2023 Blanc de Noirs features aromas of apricot, peach, and yellow apple, layered with tropical hints of mango and pineapple. Accents of orange, honey, and ginger add warmth, while undertones of vanilla, brioche, and graham cracker bring richness. The palate opens with lemon-lime citrus, unfolding into flavors of Bosc pear, mandarin, and tangerine. A juicy, tart center carries through the long, vibrant, and zippy finish."
