One 750 ml bottle each: 2014 J. Schram Blancs, 2019 Davies Vineyards "St. Helena" Cabernet Sauvignon and 2019 Crémant Demi-sec. This set will take diners from hors doeuvre, to main course, to dessert, with a perfect complement of our wines.

Tasting notes

The 2014 J. Schram Blancs opens with vivid aromas of Meyer lemon, nectarine, golden apple, and poached pear, combined with nuances of Belgian waffle and vanilla cake. The juicy palate features broad elements of rich baked citrus, dried pineapple, and apple strudel, layered with marzipan and ginger. A bright, long finish is driven by a backbone of generous, fruitful acidity."

"The 2019 'St. Helena' Cabernet Sauvignon delivers aromas of bright blackberry, boysenberry, and strawberry jam that entwine with notes of orange peel, vanilla bean and cocoa powder. A bright entry showcases notes of blueberry, cherry and cranberry, with nuances of nutmeg, coffee and dark chocolate, all interwoven with integrated tannins."

"The 2019 Crémant welcomes tantalizing aromas of lemon zest, pear, candied apple and nectarine, which are complemented with notes of ginger, elderflower, pound cake and Key lime pie. The palate presents bright flavors, including white peach, buttered pear, and juicy orange, with layers of vanilla pudding and white chocolate supporting the plush and juicy center and tangy finish.
