Our 2023 Blanc de Blancs greets the nose with bright aromas of fresh apple, pineapple, lemon blossom, and Asian pear; with warm touches of lemon meringue, fresh bread, and pie crust. On the palate, clean acidity is driven by green apple, lemon zest, and limeade. "Our 2023 Blanc de Noirs features aromas of apricot, peach, and yellow apple, layered with tropical hints of mango and pineapple. The palate opens with lemon-lime citrus, unfolding into flavors of Bosc pear, mandarin, and tangerine. A juicy, tart center carries through the long, vibrant, and zippy finish."
