Tasting notes

The 2014 J. Schram Blancs opens with vivid aromas of Meyer lemon, nectarine, golden apple, and poached pear, combined with nuances of Belgian waffle and vanilla cake. The juicy palate features broad elements of rich baked citrus, dried pineapple, and apple strudel, layered with marzipan and ginger. A bright, long finish is driven by a backbone of generous, fruitful acidity."

"The 2021 Blanc de Blancs has lifted aromas of fresh Granny Smith apple, lemon-lime and fresh baked bread, intermingled with hints of baked pineapple and toasted almonds. Its vibrant flavors of Meyer lemon and tart apple bring drive to the mid-palate, leading to a clean, palate-cleansing finish."

"This Brut Rosé opens with aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and Bing cherry; which interweave with hints of golden apple and pear; and are brightened by notes of rangpur lime and mandarin orange. The palate bursts with juicy red berry, summer stone fruit, pineapple, and tangerine, complemented by candied apple and creamy vanilla. This is all supported and balanced by refreshing acidity and a lingering finish."

"This 2020 Crémant Demi-sec features inviting aromas of white peach, lychee, apricot, clementine, and orange zest, complemented with notes of baked pear, sugar cookie, honeysuckle, and ginger. The palate sustains a round and full coating of juicy citrus, caramelized grapefruit, peach cobbler, ripe mango, and honey, that lingers with a flavorful and lengthy finish.
