Tasting notes

Our 2017 J. Schram Blancs opens with aromas of lemon-lime, dried orange peel, and baked apple, layered with notes of graham cracker, brioche, and marzipan. On the palate, a creamy entry gives way to a juicy center, with flavors of blood orange and vanilla. Hints of toasted almond and spun honey support a delicate yet long-lasting finish that remains crisp and clean."

"Our 2022 Brut Rosé welcomes lead layers of strawberry and raspberry on the nose, with notes of juicy orange and lemon-lime following. Candied apple and a hint of ginger add depth, while hibiscus and shortbread cookie bring additional richness. The palate opens with tangy acidity and a bright, juicy core, supported by flavors of strawberry-rhubarb and guava. Tart cranberry and lime zest add to the long finish."

"Our 2023 Blanc de Blancs greets the nose with bright aromas of fresh apple, pineapple, lemon blossom, and Asian pear; with warm touches of lemon meringue, fresh bread, and pie crust. On the palate, clean acidity is driven by green apple, lemon zest, and limeade. Hints of lemon curd and sugar cookie support a juicy, quenching center, with a tangy and clean finish."
