The 2011 J. Schram Rosé immediately pleases the eye with its copper tinged, pale salmon color. It opens with aromas of cherry and peach cobbler, balanced by aspects of baked pineapple, apricot, marzipan and roasted pear. Layers of candied citrus, lemon meringue and nectarine suffuse the palate, with honey and brown sugar adding additional complexity. Rich, fruitful and closing with a tangy long finish, this wine is truly a feast for the senses."- Winemakers Sean Thompson and Hugh Davies
"The 2012 Brut Rosé Magnum has generous aromas of raspberry sorbet, lemon custard, and summer apricot. The wine has a fresh and juicy acidity which drives to a supple, round finish."
"The 2017 Brut Rosé has generous aromas of strawberry, watermelon and raspberry. Its fruitful nose is complemented by notes of red cherry, pomegranate and cranberry-lime. On the palate, there are lush flavors of mango, mandarin orange and peach, with soft touches of brioche, orange zest and vanilla. The fruitful finish has a juicy center with bright acidity."
"The Mirabelle Rosé has generous aromas of watermelon, raspberry, and kumquat. The hints of glazed pear and apricot delicately join the bright bursting flavors of strawberry and red plum. The palate is tangy on entry with a mouthwatering acidity and a long, lingering finish.
