Schramsberg Magnum Trio ( 3 x 1.5 L)

One Magnum (1.5 L) of each: 2011 Schramsberg Blanc de Blancs Late Disgorged, 2018 Schramsberg Brut Rosé and 2019 Schramsberg Blanc de Blancs. Besides making a statement and being the center of the party, magnums have a lot more to say.

Tasting notes

The 2011 Blanc de Blancs, Late Disgorged, opens with bountiful aromas of baked apple, dried mango, toasted almond, hazelnut, and honey, with light notes of puff pastry and crème brulee. A rich coating of butterscotch, vanilla and hazelnut anchors a mid-palate of seared grapefruit, caramel apple, praline, ginger, and brioche French toast."

"The 2018 Schramsberg Brut Rosé has fruitful aromas of strawberry, cherry, watermelon, and orange, complemented by notes of rose petal, shortcake, cinnamon, and white peach. A crisp, bright entry leads way to a juicy fruitful center with bountiful flavors of nectarine, apricot, yellow apple and raspberry cobbler, and ends with a lingering finish."

"The 2019 Schramsberg Blanc de Blancs has lifted aromas of fresh Granny Smith apple, lemon-lime and fresh baked bread, intermingled with hints of baked pineapple and toasted almonds. Its vibrant flavors of Meyer lemon and tart apple bring drive to the mid-palate, leading to a clean, palate-cleansing finish.
