Mirabelle Mixed Case (12 x 750 ml)

Six 750 ml bottles each of our Mirabelle Brut and Mirabelle Brut Rosé. These non-vintage sparklers feature up to 20% of library wines stored in the original caves under our winery, giving them a rich flavor and crisp finish.

Tasting notes

This Mirabelle Brut engages the nose with generous aromas of apple, pear, apricot and melon, layered with hints of orange zest, ginger, caramelized pineapple, cinnamon spice and vanilla. A crisp palate of lime, Meyer lemon and tangerine intermingles with fruitful notes of peach and pear, and finishes with undertones of baked apple, crème brûlée and shortbread cookie."

"The Mirabelle Brut Rosé has vibrant aromas of stone fruit and strawberries, rounded off with hints of lemon curd, zesty citrus, ginger, vanilla, and toasted almond.
