2019 "NAPA VALLEY CARNEROS" PINOT NOIR (1 X 750 ML)
Three Amigos Vineyard is a certified organic and biodynamic Pinot Noir vineyard in the Napa Valley Carneros region. At a short distance from the Napa Marina, its a cool, foggy, and breezy location that Pinot Noir loves. Hyde Vineyards are planted in the foothills just north of the Carneros Bayview District. The grapes are favorably influenced by the nightly cooling effect from the closely located San Pablo Bay, retaining the wines balanced acidity. The vines on the property thrive on three feet of loamy topsoil above an impenetrable clay subsoil. This combination provides control over the nutrients and water supply for the vines.
The 2019 growing season was an interesting one, starting later than previous years, due to cold temperatures and lots of winter rain. Mild heat throughout the summer with the occasional heat wave allowed the grapes to ripen slowly and evenly. 2019 produced a relatively large yielding and high-quality vintage, with balanced acidity and superb flavors.

Reviews
93 PointsThe 2019 Pinot Noir Napa Carneros has a medium ruby color and pure red cherries, raspberries and strawberries on the nose, with nuances of white pepper, dried herbs and licorice. The medium-bodied palate is silky and fresh, its new oak spice balanced by intense red fruits, and it finishes long and layered with loads of spicy, bitters-like accents.- Wine Advocate, July 2022
