Tasting notes

Our 2023 Blanc de Noirs features aromas of apricot, peach, and yellow apple, layered with tropical hints of mango and pineapple. Accents of orange, honey, and ginger add warmth, while undertones of vanilla, brioche, and graham cracker bring richness. The palate opens with lemon-lime citrus, unfolding into flavors of Bosc pear, mandarin, and tangerine. A juicy, tart center carries through the long, vibrant, and zippy finish."

"Our 2023 Three Amigos Pinot Noir features inviting aromas of cranberry, Bing cherry and orange peel, combined with touches of cocoa powder, nutmeg and Pekoe tea. On the palate, tart raspberry and dark spice join lively tannins to the finish."

"Our 2022 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon offers enticing aromas of dark cherry, blueberry, plum, and blackberry, complemented by notes of açaí, thyme, and tobacco leaf, intertwined with subtle hints of cocoa nib, cardamom, caramel, and coffee bean. The palate opens with dark red berries and dense fruit, transitioning into a plush mid-palate of cherry, chocolate, Indian spices, and black pepper.
